Cycles of Life

In less than 6 months my wife and I will be learning to ride cycle #5! It's sure to be an exciting and terrifying course.

  6. Congratulations.... but take my word about two things. 1) Wife. Use the drugs. Don't fall for the natural stuff....

    2) Get a car.

  14. Yeah!
    Good news!
Keep her safe and good luck!
And as for the car/bike controversy, why not have both?

They can be combined perfectly if You watch out not to become lazy, but if You enjoy riding a bike, that shouldn't be a problem.

  17. Someone once described having a child as "to decide forever to have your heart go walking around outside your body." Parenthood is one of the three life events for which no one can fully prepare, but it can be such a blessing. Congratulations.

  18. A lot of the midlife crisis guys I know ride expensive road bikes - the bike equivalent of a sports car. I know, I'm one of them.

  19. Congratulations!

Ignore vanderleun. No car necessary. Perhaps a bakfiets though.
